Virgin Radio UK is launching a brand new spoof television ad campaign starring Chris Evans and Graham Norton.
Tongue in cheek a d plays on how Chris might regret catching Graham on Virgin Radio and sees Chris in a studio wondering if he made a mistake as Graham is pampered in the control room.
Chris ends up expressing his frustration over a ukulele and a guitar while lamenting: “All he does is two concerts a week…. and he gets the right cookies! “.
Virgin Radio UK Content Director Mike Cass said: “Chris Evans and Graham Norton are probably UK radio’s most popular broadcasters. But they didn’t sign up for Virgin Radio just for the cookies. They are here because they love creativity, dynamism and music. They had a blast doing the publicity together, and that energy sings across the screen.
The TV ad is part of an integrated campaign that will include Sky and ITV – including The Voice Final – and targeted social media ads.
It’s easy to broadcast travel information on your radio station, starting at £ 25 per month for online stations. See RadioTravelNews.com for more details and set up the same day.
